Plegadora lineal FLB1000

The FLB1000 line bender enables users to form an accurate bend in a sheet of plastic up to 1000mm / 1metre wide. Typically used for POS materials like menu holders and leaflet holders, as well as storage folders and packaging, desk tidies and furniture. Bending a sheet of plastic means one piece can be used to form the required shape, without gluing or attaching a separate pieces.

Precise heating control
An Incoloy heating element (replacing the previous Quartz element), known for strength at high temperatures, provides consistent heat over the whole 1000mm length. An adjustable heating gap allows for precise bends.

Accuracy every time
A printed measurement grid helps ensure correct alignment and a built-in, standalone timer signals the end of the desired heating period for precise and repeatable production runs. Operating solely as a guide for the user, the timer does not control the heating operation nor is required to use the machine.

Safety
A guard protects users from the heating process and securely clamps the plastic sheet.
