Meet Luis Sumano, owner of MinuteFett and creator of amazing body armors. Luis first started recreating Boba Fett iconic costume from his garage and is now the go-to person when it comes to replicating the infamous bounty hunter. Luis kindly invited us in his workshop and gave us a glimpse of what his work and passion is all about:

"The original costume from the movie Empire strikes back, where Boba Fett made his debut on the big screen was made using fiberglass for the helmet, and vacuum formed plastic pieces for the armor. I originally began with a “starter” vacuum former which was giving me inconsistent results, soft edges on pulls, and did not have a good working area. Since upgrading to the Formech 686, I have sped up my production process, all of my pulls are noticeably sharper, and it has improved my overall experience with vacuum forming. I no longer dread having to manually lift and lower the frame! I have done more in one month of owning this machine, than I have with my old vacuum former in the past year. Thanks to the 686, I am able to help many Boba Fett fanatics realize their dreams of cosplaying the right hand of Darth Vader."
